How Much would be my package?

On your pay slip Salary and service charge will be mentioned as a proof to negotiate your package with the next employer.

What other benefits you get

Accommodation, Duty Meals, Off Duty Meals, Visa Charges, Medical, Uniform, Wi-Fi and Air Ticket Will be provided.

Including your holiday return ticket from resort to home and back to the resort

What visa it will be?

It will be a 1-year work permit extendable every year. Including 28 paid leaves

What would be the working hours?

Usually it stays between 8 – 10 Hours, but when occupancy goes up there might be extra couple of hours but higher occupancy rate means better service charge.

during peak season just the service charge reaches to $450 – $700 USD

Why I get paid is USD not in Maldivian Rufiyaa as it is the Maldivian Currency?

USD is globally accepted currency hence it makes a lot easier for the Resorts to charge to the from guest in USD and payout to employees in USD.

Will I be able to open a Bank Account?

Yes, most common bank used by Indians in SBI which is situated in Malé, the resort will help you to fulfill the formalities to open the account and your salary will be credited into the same.

What if a get emergency back home in India?

You may come after informing your HOD’s, there may be few more documentation required for the same.

How much I need to pay and when?

Quoted Amount as CAREER MANAGEMENT FEE

Payment Would be paid in Three Installments

20% (Advance) 

40% (on receiving offer letter) and 

40% (on receiving visa)

What if I did not get selected?

You get a full refund, period.

No deductions, No registration fees, No processing fees, NOTHING!

What if I get selected and have the offer letter but I refuse?

If the job offer has the salary as discussed with you when you registered for the program, you cannot refuse. You have to pay the second installment. No refunds.

How to pay the advance funds?

The money must be paid into SAB International Corporate account only, we do not accept any cash payments or money in any of the SAB International personal accounts.
